Sakthimadam Trust values the support and devotion of all our devotees and donors. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding donations made through our website.
1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All contributions made to Sakthimadam Trust are considered voluntary and non-refundable.

Once a donation is made, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as funds are immediately allocated to temple activities, spiritual services, and charitable purposes.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate Transaction: If the donor accidentally makes the same donation more than once.

Technical Error: If a transaction is processed due to a payment gateway error or system malfunction.

Unauthorized Transaction: If a donation is made fraudulently without the donor’s consent.
In such cases, donors must contact us within 7 working days of the transaction with proof of payment.
3. Process for Refund Requests

Our team will review the request and process eligible refunds within 10–15 working days, subject to verification.
4. Mode of Refund
